vaultboy Dallas reviews
Should have stayed home and saved $134
In Anaheim, we were disappointed by vaultboy's show despite being his big fans. The cheap hotel ballroom-style chairs and lack of slope in the floor made our seats in the back third of the house a struggle to watch the stage, forcing us to rely on the big screens. Surprising that vaultboy associates with the uninspired and boring opening act (don't know his name), who contrasted sharply with vaultboy until the end of the set when vaultboy resorted to his Hotpockets schtick for more laughs. I'm sure he has fresh material he could have closed the hour with, but he copped out. The $200+ spent for a short show, an average meal nearby, and gas money to get there from San Diego was not worth it overall.
